Baby Boomers retiring from the top and Millenniums entering from the bottom have radically altered human capital management practices.

Among them is career planning. The newer members of the workforce have different expectations for their work life. They have different criteria for their employer of choice. What do they want? What do they expect from employers? In this session, we’ll discuss the demands and best practices associated with career planning for the next generations.

Dr. Evangelista is the Managing Director of TalentQuest’s consulting practice in Atlanta.  Prior to joining TalentQuest in 2003, Dr. Evangelista worked both as a consultant and a clinician, as well as serving on the faculty of Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology.  In 2006, she was named one of Atlanta’s “Top 40 under 40” and in 2007 as a “Woman to Watch” by Profiles in Diversity Journal.  She has recently spoken for Catalyst Magazine in Atlanta and been a guest on the Atlanta Business Radio Show, where she spoke on the challenges facing business leaders in the 21st Century.

Dr. Evangelista’s areas of specialty include executive assessment, leadership development, succession planning, and team development. About 50% of her work is in executive coaching, helping leaders enhance their effectiveness through sustained behavioral change.
